The Factory Cat XR v2.0 40C is the heavy-duty solution for facilities where pre-sweeping is a bottleneck. Designed for the largest and most demanding environments—like massive automotive plants, sawmills, and distribution centers—the 40C features a high-performance Cylindrical scrub head that sweeps and scrubs in a single, powerful pass.

Built on a massive 1/4-inch powder-coated steel chassis, the XR is famously overbuilt to survive 24/7 industrial operations. The “C” configuration utilizes dual counter-rotating brushes to toss solid debris (like wood chips, metal shavings, and pallet scraps) into an on-board hopper, preventing squeegee streaks and clogs while delivering a deep, industrial scrub.
