The Factory Cat Micro-HD 20D Traction Drive is the “heavy-duty” evolution of our compact lineup. While other small scrubbers are designed for light-duty retail environments, the Micro-HD is engineered specifically for the grime and grit of industrial manufacturing.

By upgrading to the Traction Drive system, you get a powerful, independent all-gear transaxle that does the heavy lifting for you. Whether you’re navigating slick workshop floors or climbing ramps between production bays, the Micro-HD 20D provides effortless, fingertip control without the physical strain of manual pushing.

• Heavy-Duty Traction Drive: Features a sealed, all-gear 0.75 hp transaxle. The independent drive system allows for precise variable speed control in both forward and reverse.
• Extreme Down Pressure: Don’t let the size fool you. The Micro-HD can apply up to 135 lbs of downward pressure, allowing it to “cut” through grease and tire marks that would take a mop hours to scrub.
• Enhanced Tank Capacity: Equipped with 13-gallon solution and 15-gallon recovery tanks—providing 30% more capacity than the MicroMag series for longer cleaning cycles.
• Overbuilt Chassis: Built on a foundation of 1/8″ thick powder-coated steel. It is designed to withstand the daily abuse of a 24/7 industrial facility.
• High-Torque Scrubbing: A massive 0.75 hp scrub motor (with an optional 1.0 hp upgrade) ensures consistent RPM even under the heaviest pressure settings.
