The Factory Cat Mini-HD 28D is the disk-scrubbing equivalent of our popular 29C. While the 29C is built for sweeping and scrubbing simultaneously, the 28D is engineered for maximum downward pressure and deep surface cleaning. It is the ideal choice for facilities with stubborn stains, tire marks, or heavy grease buildup on smooth concrete or epoxy floors.
With two high-torque motors driving individual 14-inch pads, the Mini-HD 28D delivers a level of “agitation” that lighter, commercial-grade scrubbers simply can’t match.
